The main body material is a high-density weave of 150D polyester strong twist yarn both vertically and horizontally to create an elegant twill that is lightweight yet strong and has a suppressed luster.
The surface is treated with Teflon™ coating to provide water and stain resistance. To further enhance waterproofing and durability, the main body leather uses carefully selected high-quality raw hides from Japan, North America, and Europe, chosen for their superior quality at the time. After chrome tanning and dyeing, European micropigments are used to achieve a finish that has transparency yet resists color fading and discoloration.
This leather is also used for furniture and is characterized by its excellent durability, light resistance, soft texture, and pleasant hand feel.
The interior leather uses high-quality raw hides from Japan, North America, and Europe, carefully selected for their superior quality at the time. It undergoes combination tanning (chrome tanning followed by retanning with generous amounts of tannin), with oil thoroughly penetrated from the dyeing stage.
After dyeing, it's finished with dye only, and in the final process, a double oiling (re-fatting) technique is employed using a special non-sticky oil. This makes the leather flexible and allows you to enjoy the moist, oily touch on the grain surface.
The material combines the characteristics of natural leather through aniline processing with the depth and richness of oil.
Based on the image of American trucker wallets, this design incorporates functionality and sizing suited to current living environments for ease of use.
By minimizing the use of interfacing for a soft, casual feel similar to fabric products, while employing manufacturing techniques unique to leather goods, this has become a distinctive leather accessories series.
The four main body colors are inspired by menswear casual staples: Black represents the standard color used in leather jackets and shoes, Blue evokes denim, Olive suggests military wear, and Camel references workwear.
