Master-piece's original special water-repellent coating, high-performance nylon twill with m-coat™Used in the main fabric.
This lightweight business series is all-weather compatible with a wide range of storage spaces and has a lightweight and simple design.
The fabric of the main body is made of 66 nylon with excellent strength, with a 70d warp thread and 210d weft thread, woven into a twill structure at a high density and dyed with a high-pressure jecker. After that, it has been treated with a special water-repellent treatment from Master-Piece called M-Coat™.
M-coat™ not only has significantly better water repellency and wear durability than conventional water repellent processing, but unlike conventional water repellent processing, it uses special technology to structure the water repellent agent on the surface of the fiber, achieving excellent water repellency and durability. Many water-repellent products have weakened water-repellent performance due to repeated use and washing, but m-coat™ has been certified as a Bundesman Water Repellent Test Grade 4 even after 100 washes. In terms of water repellent performance, we have conducted a Bundesman test (※), which is more severe than the spray test (JIS-L1092), which is used in conventional measurement standards.
The back of the fabric is made of Breathatec® from Toray Cotex Co., Ltd. This processing is made from a polyurethane wet microporous coating material that uses a unique polymer technology and is highly water resistant. The type of polyurethane coating material is made of highly durable polycarbonate. The m-coat™ water-repellent function repels water, and the Breathatec® water-resistant function prevents water from entering, making it a material that is compatible with torrential rain and heavy rain. The attached leather is made from high-quality domestic steer leather, carefully selected, and when dyed, a waterproofing agent made by 3M is placed in the drum to allow it to penetrate into the leather fibers.
It keeps water from entering the leather, not only on the back and sides, but also from scratches. This is waterproof and stain-resistant leather that has passed the monitoring test of 3M's "SCOTCHGARD®". The test is performed even if the surface is shaved, so the effect will not be reduced.
Embossed design makes the appearance more refined and elegant, and it is less likely to get scratched than smooth. We have selected oils and tannins to make them as light as possible. The zipper tape is made of WATER-R, which has a simple water-repellent finish.

Attention
If the material is left wet for a long time, the coating on the back may peel off or cause deterioration, so be sure to dry it before storing. Please note that it is not completely waterproof, so water cannot be prevented from entering through zippers or needle holes, which are sewn. Refraction may leave wrinkles on the surface of the fabric. The included leather may have slight color variations. Please note that due to the nature of the material, it cannot be prevented from fading.
Additionally, although it is waterproofed by SCOTCHGARD®, it cannot avoid flooding from the boundaries of the sewn parts and parts. If the nylon material is left wet for a long time, the PVC on the back may peel off or cause deterioration, so be sure to dry it.
