After chrome tanning, a 3M waterproofing agent is put in a tyco at the time of dyeing, and waterproofing is penetrated into the leather fiber. The waterproofing agent is soaked in the back of the fiber, so it will continue to prevent water and oil from entering not only on the back of the leather, as well as the side of the wound. Because a large amount of special waterproof oil is penetrated there, it is finished in a supple and soft touch. The surface is also finished so that the texture is fine like a kip. It is an extremely soft and ultimate soft smoothing that cannot be done without a good balance, such as tanning, dyeing, and oil mixing. This leather is a waterproof, oilproof, and anti -antifouling leather that has passed the "ScotchGard®" monitoring test. This monitoring test is done by cutting the surface, so it does not diminish as you use it. The attached material is an Invista 1680D Cordura Baristech® nylon with a normal wear, tear strength, and durability of about 5 times the nylon, and improves further strength and waterproofness by applying PVC processing on the back.
