The fabric for the main body is made of strong 66 nylon with 70d warp and 210d weft, woven into a dense twill structure, and dyed using a high-pressure zipper. After that, it is treated with master-piece's original special water-repellent finish called m-coat™.
M-coat™ not only has much better water repellency and wear resistance than conventional water repellent finishes, but also differs from conventional water repellent finishes by using special technology to structure the water repellent agent on the fiber surface, achieving superior water repellency and durability.
Many water-repellent products lose their water-repellent performance with repeated use and washing, but m-coat™ has obtained Bundesmann water repellency test grade 4 even after 100 washes. Regarding water repellency, we conduct the Bundesmann test (*), which is more severe than the spray test (JIS -L1092) used in conventional measurement standards.

In addition, the back side of the fabric is treated with Toray Cortex Co., Ltd.'s Breathatec®. This is a polyurethane wet microporous coating material that uses proprietary polymer technology and is highly water resistant.
The type of polyurethane coating material used is polycarbonate, which has excellent durability. The water-repellent feature of m-coat™ repels water, and the water-resistant feature of Breathatec® prevents water from entering, making it a material that can withstand torrential downpours and heavy rain.

The included fabric is INVISTA's 1680D Cordura Ballistic® nylon, which has approximately five times the abrasion and tear strength and durability of regular nylon, and the back side is treated with PVC to further improve strength and waterproofness.

The three-dimensional front pocket is made of thick raw leather from North America, tanned with chrome, then horizontally divided into a layer with a silver surface (leather surface) and the lower layer, the lower layer of leather is smoothed to a thickness of 2 mm, and carefully buffed with sandpaper to create a finely brushed finish. Due to the thickness of the leather, it is not possible to dye all the way to the core in one go, so the leather is dyed slowly in two parts, and during the second dyeing, the waterproofing agent is penetrated deep into the leather to increase its waterproofness.

In addition, the other accessory leathers are eco-leather made from high-quality daily steer from North America and tanned with 100% tannin without using chrome. Black leather is finished with black dye on a brown base, giving it the feel of vintage work boots with a brown core. Yellow leather is dyed using hill dyeing without dyeing the base. Finishing the edges with clear paint gives each item its individuality.

In terms of functionality, you can not only remove the buckle of the three-dimensional pocket and put things such as plastic bottles in there, but you can also easily take them out by pulling the tape part.

If the main body material is left wet for a long time, the coating on the back may peel off or deteriorate, so be sure to dry it before storing. Please note that it is not completely waterproof and cannot prevent water from entering through the zipper or needle holes in the sewn parts. Wrinkles may remain on the surface of the fabric due to refraction. The included leather has some color blurring.
Also, please note that due to the characteristics of the material, discoloration and fading cannot be avoided. Please note that if it gets wet with rain or water, it may stain.
