The main body fabric uses 66 nylon with excellent strength (70d warp, 210d weft) woven into high-density twill and dyed using high-pressure jet dyeing. It is then treated with m-coat™, master-piece's original special water-repellent finish.
Compared to conventional water-repellent treatments, m-coat™ not only offers significantly superior water repellency and abrasion resistance, but also achieves excellent water repellency and durability by structuring the water-repellent agent on the fiber surface through special technology, unlike traditional treatments.
While many water-repellent products lose their performance with repeated use and washing, m-coat™ maintains a Bundesmann water repellency test rating of 4 even after 100 washes. For water repellency performance, we conduct the more rigorous Bundesmann test (*) rather than the spray test (JIS-L1092) used in traditional measurement standards.

The back of the fabric is treated with Breathatec® from Toray Coatex Co., Ltd. This is a polyurethane wet microporous coating material using proprietary polymer technology, offering high water resistance.
The polyurethane coating uses polycarbonate, which has excellent durability. The m-coat™ water-repellent function repels water, while the Breathatec® water-resistant function prevents water intrusion, creating a material that can handle torrential downpours and heavy rain.

The accessory fabric uses INVISTA's 1680d CORDURA Ballistic® nylon, which has approximately 5 times the abrasion resistance, tear strength, and durability of regular nylon, with PVC processing applied to the back to further enhance strength and waterproofness.

For the front three-dimensional pocket, North American thick raw hides are chrome-tanned, then the grain surface layer and the underlying layer are horizontally split, with the lower layer leather evened to 2mm thickness and carefully buffed with sandpaper for fine napping. Due to the thickness of the leather, it cannot be fully dyed to the core in one session, so it is dyed thoroughly in two stages, and during the second dyeing, a waterproofing agent is penetrated deep inside to enhance water resistance.

For other accessory leather, we use eco-leather made from high-quality North American dairy steer, tanned 100% with tannin without using chrome. The black leather is finished with black dye over a brown base to create a tea-core vintage workboot-like atmosphere. The yellow leather is dyed with hill dyeing without dyeing the base, with edge coating finished in clear to bring out their individual characteristics.

Functionally, you can not only store items like water bottles by releasing the buckle of the three-dimensional pocket, but also easily retrieve them by pulling the tape portion.

This is a casual series featuring military-inspired design equipped with master-piece's original fabrics, parts, and gimmicks.

If the main body material is left wet for a long time, the coating on the back may peel off or cause deterioration, so be sure to dry it before storing. Please note that it is not completely waterproof and cannot prevent water from entering through zippers or needle holes in sewn parts. Wrinkles may remain on the fabric surface due to refraction. The accessory leather may have slight color variations.
Also, please note that due to the nature of the material, discoloration and fading cannot be avoided. Please be careful as exposure to rain or water may cause stains.
