The main body material is a lightweight yet tightly made domestic nylon twill made from 110d warp thread and 210d weft. Liquid flow dyeing (also known as jet dyeing, a method of dyeing the fabric onto the flow of dye that is sprayed from the nozzle) creates a natural wrinkled feel and a calm gloss. After dyeing, the surface of the fabric is treated with a weak water-repellent finish.
The included fabric is made of INVISTA's 1680d Cordura Ballistic ® nylon, which has about five times the wear, tear strength and durability that is regular nylon, and the back is further improved by applying PU processing.
