The main body fabric is made of Yorofu®, an ultra-strong nylon fabric created using Toray's cutting-edge technology. Unlike conventional nylon 66, this fabric uses the world's highest level of high-strength nylon yarn, created using high-viscosity polymer technology and spinning technology.

Furthermore, it is a material that is stronger and more durable than conventional nylon 66, and is a combination of purely domestic technology. This Armor Cloth® 420d nylon has a water-repellent finish on the surface and three different layers of coating on the back, making it lightweight and highly waterproof while maintaining a sense of tension.

The attached fabric is INVISTA's 1680d Cordura Ballistic® nylon, which boasts approximately 5 times the wear and tear strength and durability of regular nylon. Additionally, PVC processing is applied to the back side to increase strength and waterproofness. In addition, some of the attached fabrics use ITOCHU Corporation's recycled yarn "RENU®."

This material is made from recycled used clothing and manufacturing waste collected from factories, making it a sustainable material that reduces the burden on the global environment.

The included leather is eco-nume cow leather that has passed the 13 types of hazardous substance inspection (JES) by the Japan Leather Technology Association. It is tanned with vegetable tannins without using any hexavalent chromium, which is considered harmful to the human body. The front pocket zipper uses Everbright®, a high-grade metal zipper made by YKK that uses highly polished and coated metal elements. It is characterized by excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting beautiful shine. We also try to reduce weight by using as little metal as possible for parts.

The triangular name is equipped with a retroreflective function to ensure safety at night. Furthermore, it has a space to store laptops, tablets, etc., and with its simple design and coloring, it is a unisex series that can be used in a variety of situations, both on and off duty.

The fabric of this product has been treated to be water repellent. If you scratch the surface of the fabric with your fingernail or hard object, streak-like marks called "chalk marks" may appear. This phenomenon occurs because the gloss of the rubbed area looks different from the surrounding area. Although it cannot be completely removed, it can be reduced by rubbing lightly with a cleaning brush.

Additionally, the water-repellent finish is not permanent, and its effectiveness gradually decreases with repeated use. Avoid applying strong friction or rubbing to the coated surface. Do not iron directly on the coated surface as it is sensitive to heat. If the main body material is left wet for a long time, the film on the back may peel off or cause discoloration or deterioration, so be sure to dry it before storing.

Water repellent treatment is a surface treatment, so as you continue to use it, the effect will fade due to friction and other factors. Water repellency will also be lost due to dust and other dirt that adheres to the fabric.

The attached leather is finished with dyes only to bring out the original texture of the material. Therefore, slight color blurring may occur. Also, please note that due to the characteristics of bare leather, discoloration and fading is unavoidable. The surface of retroreflective labels may deteriorate and peel due to wear and aging.
