Product Description
The main body fabric is an ultra-high-density nylon twill woven with 70d warp yarns and 210d weft yarns, at a density of 275 warp threads and 82 weft threads per inch, giving the material firmness and structure.
A special weaving technique—skipping two warp threads on the face side and two on the reverse— creates a soft, refined luster.
For auxiliary materials, CORDURA Ballistic® fabric 1680d nylon is used, offering superior durability and resistance to abrasion and tearing compared to standard nylon. Twisted yarns of 840d (warp) and 40d (weft) are aligned in pairs to further enhance strength. The surface is treated with a water-repellent finish, while the reverse side features a PU coating.
The leather components are made from eco-friendly cowhide that has passed the Japanese Leather Technology Association’s 13-item hazardous substance inspection (JES). No harmful substances or hexavalent chromium are used, and the leather is vegetable-tanned to ensure safety and sustainability.

If nylon materials are left wet for an extended period, the backing film may peel or deteriorate. Always dry thoroughly before storage.
