In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or you receive an item different from what you ordered, we kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include the information listed below and contact us via CONTACT.

1. Your order number, name used at the time of purchase, and phone number
2. Whether you are requesting a return or an exchange, and the reason
3. Product name, price, and quantity
※ Please ship the item back within 10 days after receiving our confirmation email.

Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted under the following conditions:

● Outlet items
● Items returned without prior notice or authorization
● Items that show clear signs of use or wear
● Items that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer’s possession
● Items with missing tags or accessories
● Washed items
● Items returned in a condition significantly different from when they were delivered (including packaging and accessories)
※ Exchanges are limited to color or size changes of the same product number. Exchanges for different product numbers are not accepted.

● Regarding International Orders
・Packages without a return authorization number will not be refunded.
・Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.
・Items must be returned with all contents included in the original shipment, including the invoice, product box, original tags, and any complimentary gifts received at the time of purchase.
・Returns of items that are poorly packaged or not insured will not be accepted.
・Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were originally shipped from the master-piece ONLINE STORE.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders received after this period will not be eligible for refunds, exchanges, or repairs.

Shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
