Delivery Time
For international orders, orders are generally shipped within approximately 1–4 business days after the order is placed.
After shipment, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping and customs clearance conditions.
Even if you specify a delivery date or time, we may not be able to accommodate such requests for international orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:
1. Order number, name used for the order, and telephone number
2. Whether you are requesting a return or exchange, and the reason for your request
3. Product name, price, and quantity
4. Bank account details for the refund (for returns only)
Financial institution name, branch name, account type, account number, and account holder name in Katakana
Please ship the item back to us within 10 days after receiving our return/exchange acceptance email.
Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
● Items that have clearly been used or worn.
● Items that have been stained or damaged while in the customer's possession.
● Items with missing tags or accessories.
● Items that have been washed.
● Items returned in a condition significantly different from the condition in which they were delivered, including the product box and accessories.
Please note that exchanges are only available for a different color or size of the same product number. Exchanges for products with a different product number cannot be accepted.
Defective Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective item or an item that you did not order, please contact us at the email address below within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions regarding the return or exchange procedure.

International Orders
We ship orders from Japan to international addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number.
The average delivery time after placing an order is approximately 5–7 business days.
● Even if you specify a delivery date or time, we may not be able to accommodate such requests for international orders.
● Orders with an overseas shipping address can only be paid for by credit card.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Products are shipped under the following terms:
Shipments to the United States: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Shipments to all other countries: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be imposed during customs clearance.
The amount of such charges is determined by the customs authorities at the time of clearance.
If customs duties or taxes apply, they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The recipient, rather than MSPC, is solely responsible for the payment of these duties and taxes.
The amount of customs duties and taxes may vary significantly depending on the destination. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
If you refuse to pay the applicable customs duties or taxes, you will be responsible for both the original shipping costs from Japan to your country and the return shipping costs to Japan.
Please do not return the package before contacting us.
Until you have contacted us and explained the situation, please ask the post office or shipping carrier to hold the package.
If the package is automatically returned to Japan, you may be required to pay significant return shipping costs.
Conditions for International Returns
Packages returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.
Items must be returned with everything included in the original shipment. This includes the invoice, product box, original tags, and any complimentary gifts received with the purchase.
Returns that are poorly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.
Products must be returned in the same condition as when they were originally shipped from the master-piece ONLINE STORE.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
